This site has one form on it. This page says what that form collects, where it goes and what is kept — in the same plain terms as the rest of the site, and short enough to actually read.
Your name, an email address, and — if you are asking about a stay — a phone number and the dates you have in mind. Then how many adults and children are coming, which floor you would prefer if you have a preference, and whatever you write in the message box.
There is also a checkbox for whether we may reply on WhatsApp, and the site records which language you filled the form in, so we answer in that one.
Into one email, sent to the owner at taamboolaminn@gmail.com, with the reply address set to yours so that hitting reply writes back to you. A copy of the same message is sent to you as well.
The email is delivered by Resend, a transactional email provider, which handles it in transit. Nobody else sees it.
Nothing. This site has no database, no accounts and no file storage. Once the email is sent there is no copy left on the server — what exists afterwards is the email in the owner's inbox and the copy in yours.
So that one person cannot flood the form, the server briefly remembers that an address has written in. It keeps a one-way fingerprint rather than the address itself, in memory only, and it expires within the hour.
One cookie, which remembers whether you are reading in English or Kannada. That is the entire list.
There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no third-party script of any kind. Nobody is counting you, and no other company learns that you visited.
That an enquiry came in, what kind it was and which language it was written in. Never a name, an address, a phone number or anything you typed into the message box.
Write to taamboolaminn@gmail.com and ask us to delete your enquiry, and we will delete the email. There is nothing else of yours to delete, because there is nothing else being kept.
